ATV: Sweet Distribution

Project Description

Introduction:

ATV Group is a discreet sweets distributor operating in both B2B (retail partners) and B2C (e-commerce). They asked for an end-to-end brand and a warm, efficient website that informs partners quickly while keeping sensitive details private. Our work combined on-site research, brand strategy, visual identity, and a conversion focused site.

Challenge:

Starting from almost zero: no mission, values, positioning, audience definition, tone/voice, or credible logo. Two distinct audiences (B2B + B2C) needed to recognize and remember the brand. The team also faced cluttered inboxes and slow partner screening due to missing self-serve information.

Solution:

We spent a week on site (interviews, meetings, environment observation), then ran competitor and audience analyses. Deliverables included full brand foundations (mission, values, goals, positioning, differentiation, tone/voice), a modern visual identity (color palette, typography), and a new logo inspired by candy look.
We designed and built a website with a clear interface, browsable product catalog, partner-ready certificates/docs, and routed contact/partner forms balanced to support both B2B and B2C while honoring confidentiality.
Research & validation: 130+ hours, 15 user tests, 20 observations.

Impact:

Higher conversions and more qualified partner inquiries. Generic support emails dropped, freeing the team to focus on sales. Faster partner screening through self-serve documents and smart routing. A memorable, credible brand across B2B and B2C delivered with the level of discretion the client requested.
